Katie is a fully licensed advisor who meets with clients at both the Lakeville and Maple Grove locations. She was hired as an Administrative Associate on July 16, 2025, then went on to earn her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses to become an Associate Financial Advisor at Manifest.
Katie has her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. If she has a familiar face, you may recognize her from the area jobs she worked while in college. She was an outside service attendant at The Wilds Golf Club in Prior Lake and later she waitressed and bartended at the Edina Country Club where Manifest has hosted several client events.
Katie enjoys exercising and competed as a pole vaulter on the track team in college. While she knows it seemed crazy to those watching her throw herself high into the air for sport and fun, she admits she loved every minute of it!
Katie is the daughter of Dave and Carolyn Nollette and the older sibling to her brother Nick. Spending time with her family and their Brittany Spaniel, Macey, is another of Katie’s favorite pass times.
When asked why she wanted to work at Manifest, Katie replied: “I enjoy having the opportunity to help others pursue their long- and short-term goals, both financially and personally.”
